I know I’ve posted about this before…but I can’t stress enough how good this chicken is. Probably my favorite thing about Paris- Roasted chicken with potatoes- (but not just any potatoes, potatoes that have been sitting under the roasting chickens just marinating in their drippings and savory juices). No cooking involved! Provides for an easy and delicious dinner with friends xx
